Below are some of the poses or asanas that I lead during the classes. This is to give an idea of the physical alignment which will help you to get the most out of your practice.
Surya Namaskara / Sun Salutations A sequence to warm and invigorate the body, normally practiced three or five times at the beginning of the session. (The sequence is pictured with the right leg leading, it would then be repeated with the left leg leading to complete a 'round' of sun salutations.)
Navasana - boat pose
Paschimottanasana - seated forward fold
Ustrasana - camel pose
Vasisthasana - side plank pose
