A period of stillness, concentration and meditation with a small group of like-minded people. There will be some very gentle movement and focus on the breath but no experience of yoga or meditation is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring along a cushion, bolster or yoga brick for ease of sitting. Chairs are available if you are not comfortable to sit on the floor.
