Yoga off the Mat; the philosophical side


The physical asana practice is only one eighth of the Eight Limbs of Yoga.

Join me for an evening each term to delve into the deeper side of yoga. Each session will be a relaxed and informal group where we can discuss ideas based around either a classical or contemporary text with like-minded people.

We will begin and finish with a short period of meditation to ground and centre yourself. You won’t need to bring your yoga mat, unless you want to, but I would suggest bringing a cushion, block or zafu for ease of sitting. We can enjoy herbal tea refreshments while we talk.
