Pregnancy yoga for ladies more than 14 weeks. This will be a gentle, slower practice to support your emotional and physical journey to motherhood. Yoga can ease common discomforts and can help develop a bond with your unborn child.

(This is a class tailored towards a pregnant body but many of the modifications can also be appropriate to those with back or hip concerns or those looking for a slower practice.)
