Bend so you don't break - NEW course; who's coming out to play?
Here it is, news of my next course and I'm happy to tell you that the booking is now open!
Ladies and gentlemen, I give you .... "Bend so you don't Break"
I've designed the sequencing to help improve physical flexibility with lengthening and strengthening yoga poses which will support movement during forward, side- and back-bending asana. Of course, I will be incorporating as many elements of yoga as I can to give a well-rounded experience each week.
I love that some of my regular lovelies have told me they'd really like to have periods of meditation in the next course. Absolutely, my beauties!! One of my favourite things as a yoga teacher is to lead savasana and relaxation periods; the feeling of the energy in the room calming and stilling is nothing short of magical.
It's bitter sweet that there's such a buzzy excitement about the start of my courses but I can only squeeze in so many mats and venues are in short supply during these peak times so unfortunately, I have to limit places and booking is on a first come, first served basis.
