Back to Basics; a Brand NEW Yoga Course for the New Year

To coincide with the brand new year, my next course is now available for booking and I am inviting you to come into this five-week course with the eyes of a newcomer to yoga. The sequencing will be stripped right back to basics to enable you to learn the poses in a different way. We will take slower-paced sun salutations, pausing to have an awareness of physical alignment and to notice where the focus of the mind is. Given its theme, the course will be appropriate for all abilities so feel free to share this email with anyone whom you think might have an interest in learning about this lovely way of life. If you already have a regular yoga practise, you are welcome to take these lessons as an opportunity to have a fresh new start to your practise. I will offer options for poses, should your body need a deeper variation. Each class is available for mixed abilities but in particular, the Tuesday evening class will lend itself more towards a gentler practise.

Within each weeks class, there will be elements of yogic philosophy, pranayama techniques, mantra and each class will be finished with a period of relaxation to enable your body to absorb your physical practise.
