5 of my teaching bloopers that will make you laugh

I have been to some very serious yoga classes. And I’ve loved them. The mat really is a place where you can delve into yourself to ‘sort out’ your thoughts and feelings and the mind chatter.

I’ve also been in classes that have taken a break from the seriousness and erupted into giggles.

That kinda happens in my classes occasionally, and that’s totally fine with me.

How to deal with feelings of stress and overwhelm

During times of stress it's too easy to find ourselves feeling overwhelm and maybe even anxiety but being in a state of stress can actually be damaging for our bodies.

It's really important to look after yourself.

Self-care is not self-ish and having a little bit of science behind that understanding may help alleviate any feelings of guilt about sitting down for that cup of tea with your favourite book.
