I deliver a yoga sessions tailored for unique business needs at regular sessions or team-building events. The benefits of which are to reduce and alleviate physical stresses on your team which in turn will lead to reduced injury and illness time.

Being qualified to teach pre- and post-natal yoga, I am also fully able to modify yoga poses to accommodate differing fitness levels, ages and physical fitness in a safe, nurturing and fun way. During the course of my yoga lessons, I assist and educate individuals to evaluate their own posture both at work and at home to optimise their health and the productivity of your organisation.

Guiding your team through gentle yoga poses, I use my knowledge of anatomy and physiology to introduce postural alignment alterations for people who sit, stand or lift awkward or heavy equipment during their working day. Including mindful movement can provide an excellent method for both relieving stress and helping the body rid itself of toxins. The inclusion of downtime, meditation and relaxation techniques can empower people to optimise their own health and well-being. I am also available for public speaking at corporate conferences and functions to promote an introduce ideas of self-care and mental wellbeing.
