Bi-weekly. Settle down and get comfy and use stretched designed for relaxing and unwinding.



Early Risers Energising Yoga - Wednesdays 6:30-7:00am

An early-morning practice to wake and energise you for your day.



Reconnect - Mondays 6:30-7:15pm

I have benefited in many ways for a number of years now with all that Lee-ann has to offer. Leeann’s positive vibes are very infectious and because she clearly loves what she does it makes her classes so enjoyable. During a difficult period for us all over the last couple of years I have greatly benefited from the Elevate virtual studio. Yoga by zoom has kept me in the habit of a regular group practice and I love the many options available in the virtual library that I can use at a time to suit me.



Just to let you know how much your online yoga means to me - really enjoying your new group, much easier to access .... you're giving us all such a boost in these difficult times. … I love the new routines and look forward to many more - I try to do 3 sessions each week and it's definitely helped - much more supple!
