Yoga Classes In Bestwood Village Community Centre
Jan 14, 2016If you've ever been to Bestwood Country Park or to Mill Lakes, you'll know it's a really beautiful part of Nottinghamshire and I was interested to learn that King Richard III was rumoured to have enjoyed hunting deer in these very places. If you've not been to these gorgeous parks, I'd recommend a visit. On a clear spring or autumnal day, the views are breathtaking, even if you aren't charging around on a white stead with a huge noisy entourage.
I'm quite excited that I have managed to schedule a class at the Bestwood Village Community Centre (Moor Road, Bestwood Village, Nottingham NG6 8TL) beginning on 20th January 2016 from 19:30 to 20:30. It's a lovely, modern space to practice in and there are a great many other activities going on throughout the week.
The yoga will be of a gentle Hatha style and will be suitable for all abilities. There are a few car parking spaces so maybe you might like to car share with a friend for extra eco brownie points.
I'd invite you to take a look at my "What to Expect" page and also to complete the Health Declaration ahead of your first session. The room at the venue would be comfortable for 10 - 15 people and judging by the interest the class has already received, it might be advisable to book; I'd hate to turn anyone away! Please just drop me an email at [email protected] If you have a mat, please bring it along otherwise I can arrange mat hire or I sometimes have mats available to buy (at cost price).
I'm very much looking forward to practising with you,
Namaste :-)
